Cut and paste pricing increases - not CPI related

I am dismayed to see yet another 'cut and paste' annual fee increase letter. ADT have not even taken the opportunity to change the wording from last year - worse yet, we have seen 25% increases last year followed by 10% this year.

ADT runs the considerable risk of customers voting with their feet if they annually implement a blanket price increase. We will certainly be looking at other security companies in our area that manage their pricing better.
