Incredibly poor service

I installed a tracking system in my vehicle and a month later i still have not received the insurance certificate. This is after I called their call centre line more than 7 times asking for this document.
3rd world service! Very poor and I am waring other consumers to not use this service. I wonder how bad the service levels will be in a real emergency.
