On the 30th August 2013 I received a call from Tracker regarding a complaint I submitted. Spoke to Alida and she confirmed with me that after final payment I will receive the Paid Up Letter in 24hours and ITC Status Updated within 36 hours. The Paid Up Letter received and still the ITC status has not been updated. You people think you clever. you did not cancel my tracker service by the time I asked you to now you listed me for tracker's faults.

I have a recording when I spoke to Alida when she confirmed I will receive the Paid Up Letter in 24hours and ITC Status Updated within 24 hours and I said to her I will give Tracker atleast 36 hours. I confirmed with her if that is so, and she confirmed back, i have the recording of my own, you have the recording.
