Did not Bother to Respond!!!

Yesterday Monday the 2nd September around 2am I pressed the panic button and I was called by the Top Security gentleman to find out if everything was ok. I said to the gentleman somebody must come quickly because my dog was barking non-stop. The guy then said somebody will come through. Nobody came!!! And this is not the first time that this is happening. Last month the same thing happend and the lady the next day said maybe the slip went missing. How can the slip for that particular day only be missing when I have a locked post box. you people are really pathetic. Am I just paying my premiums for free. I expect u 2call me to tell me why u didn't bother to picth u r putting my family's life at risk. I will cancel my account
