ADT - "Never there"

I have been trying for a month to get my alarm sorted out. I paid the required 100% deposit 10 days ago.
They arranged a callout for 2pm today.. and nobody has arrived.

When contacting ADT - "the technician is just out of training, and will call you shortly" - he should have been at my house.

I arranged and paid someone to be here to make sure ADT could do their job.
