I just want to say in 17years they have ONLY had 3 complaints? No one ever takes time to compliment. I called for a quote before a long weekend and the salesman Johann came out the next day, made us feel very confident in his abilities and knowledge. He promised the bars would be in within 3 working days. The lady in the office (Laurika) is SUPER I called after hours and the phone diverts to her cell she was still very friendly and helpful. They came, were very professional did there job cleaned up and left. This was for the entire house!!!
We asked for an additional quote on the back door, Johann was there the same day, and called me this morning as they are on their way to install today.
YOU MUST USE THEM!!
