No feedback, no reply, no service

On 5 August I called customer services to arrange the installer to check their installation. My car service centre notified me that the unit was connected to a network cable causing interference with the car's CVT gearbox control. After a 22 minute call the consultant promised to call me back. NO FEEDBACK to date! I sent an email after 4 days of no feedback to customer service, the national fitment centre manager and the motor industry liaison manager. STILL NO RESPONSE. I sent an email to the Altech Group in the hope that someone will answer.

It seems that I'll have to get in my car, drive to head office in Midrand and insist on speaking to a director, else I will not get this issue sorted out.
