Beware of being taken for a ride

I had Fix and Fit come to my property for years for repairs to my electric fence. My fence needed repairing again and I requested one of the technicians to come out to fix the issue. We had the battery replaced. I happily paid the bill thinking that the issue was resolved. Unfortunately it only lasted two days. I called them again and now apparently a part of the Energiser unit was faulty. I questioned them when receiving another bill why I had paid for the first component. It is now two months later and after having agreed with Andre that I would receive and credit and only pay the equal amount of the credit I am still sitting with a balance outstanding. Verbal agreements don't mean anything anymore nowadays. Be aware they will charge you even if they fix something that doesn't need fixing. I will certainly NOT use them again.
