No response to emails or telephone calls

I am consistently getting invoices from ADT for things I have paid already. They send me these threatening letters of black listing me if I don't pay up. Thankfully, I no longer require their services, and never will again because getting someone to return my calls and emails has been a nightmare. I'd like to resolve this issue and get on with my life but not even their managers reply to their emails. I am so sick of their invoices arriving in the post already I just shred them all the time. I really would like to put them behind me and sort this problem out and never have to deal with them ever again. Incompetence has new meaning when it comes to ADT!
