I've sent countless emails to ADT to cancell my account with them. I've spoken to more than 3 people who all say the same thing, "resend me the email and I will forward it onto the person responsible". I am paying ADT to call me and let me know that there's an activation at my house. Because I have a dog, they can't go into the house and check the problem. Could somebody please cancel this account and hopefully my money will not be taken this month. I'm very right now.
