Poor customer service and workmanship!

I have been dealing with a faulty installation since June and we are not getting any joy!

Plus we are being charged for every call out!

2 in total and I have just requested an additional call out, Out of pure frustration!

The vehicle has gone from the starter motor blowing, to the vehicle cutting out, to the alarm activating every 5 mins even when disarmed!

Please ensure that this is finally resolved and all bills credited accordingly.

I have dealt with Charmaine, Terrance, Dominique and finally John who was the last technician who re installed.
