Conned by matrix staff not knowing what they doing

I had a Matrix installed this past Saturday. I got quotes from other companies as well. I went with Matrix as I was quoted them being cheaper. First I spoke to guy (think his name was Sean), he quoted me on the MX2 R140.00 a month RENTAL. Cool that is great for what I want it to do. I phoned back and spoke to a lady, (can't remember her name) she quoted me R189.00 rental on the MX2, now I get an sms telling me to arrange payment as my device was fitted after debit order. Okay so I phone to do this, now I must pay R249.00 per month for the MX2. I am waiting for Mbali to phone me back with the telephone conversations. I want to remove the devise from my car and cancel the contract. Guess what... I have to pay R250.00 to have the unit removed. I refuse to pay to have it removed as it has been in the car for only 5 days. I am cancelling this contract as with immediate effect and will remove the devise on your expense as you clearly have NO IDEA what you are doing. You staff members are extremely very good in giving the wrong information just to get business.
