Tracker allows other people to track you, BEWARE!!

Before I get started I am still waiting for feedback regarding the Billing query that I logged with you in June...

Anyways, here goes...

On Monday I realized that my Skytrax password is invalid when trying to log onto the Skytrax website, so I call in to find out what happened.

I spoke to Chad on the 15th of July who told me that my password had been reset to a number that I don't own on the 7th of July by a one David.

Chad assured me that I would get a call back before COB the very same day. Today is the 17th of July and still no feedback.

What I would like to know is how Tracker allows someone who doesn't have an account with them to go and reset my Skytrax password and send the password reset to a different number than that of the account holder?

Not that my car was nearly or anything, it really freaks me out that somebody was always monitoring my whereabouts and Tracker allowed it without my permission!!!

You have turned my world upside down as a result and couldn't be bothered!!!

Do you know or even care what has since happened as a result of your negligence?

I have had nothing but grief with Tracker since last year.

I am definitely cancelling my contract
