I paid 100% deposit and 2weeks later no goods

Their sales guy came to the house to measure up a large bedroom access area. On receipt of the quote that day, I signed their order and the very same day paid 100% of the deposit i.e full payment, that was 2 weeks and 4 days ago.

We had not heard from anyone after being told installation is 5-7 days from date of payment. We phoned through on day 9. Brandon Jordaan is the manager there told us there was a mix up with paper work and in 24 hours we would have installation. 3 days later we did not hear anything from Maxidoor and this Brandon is management. On request of me asking their finance department for our money back 'Matshepo Moloi' we were told that they would deliver and install on the Monday. Today is Monday and no one pitched, no phone call, no heads up, nothing.

Is this how a customer is treated for paying in full in cash.
I have emailed asking for my money back and if need be I will get my attorneys involved because this is disgusting... My family is at risk because managers like Brendon actually dont care
