ADT FAILS IN RESPONSE TIMES!!!

I've had several cases where ADT arrives 20-40 minutes after my Alarm was triggered, the company told me after complaining the first time, that call outs should be in under 8 minutes. We chose ADT as they advertise in our area for patrolling the area 24 hours a day!
When this happened again last week I again contacted the area manager asking him why this happens, why they didn't phone the people at home they were supposed to and also what their plans are to improve their service in our area.
They responded today with an mail saying it took them 20 minutes because all the vehicles were busy somewhere else!
How long does it take the average criminal to attack, rob and murder someone? 20minutes???.. I think if they knew they had that long, they would've asked for tea first!
