In 2008 we installed Maxidoor burglar bars and security gates. They were supposed to come with a warranty and follow up care. Last year I noticed some rust on the units and I called to request these to be serviced. No follow up. In Feb this year I spoke to Cleo who promised that someone would contact us within 24 hours, still no word. Last week on Friday, I spoke to Portia who transferred me to Diane at the Cape Town branch. Dianne promised to escalate this mater to her manager by Monday, 01/07/13. To date I had notreceived a call. This morning I spoke to two agents who were supposed to transfer my calls to Dianne and Jackie respectively and in both instances, I was kept holding after which the calls were terminated.
