Think Twice before Using ADT Roodepoort

THINK TWICE BEFORE USING ADT
I live in Quail Street, Horison Park and about 600 Meters from the ADT Office in Ondekkers Road

The Best response time Ever is 30 Min, The Average Response Time is 50 to 60 Min (think what can happen to you in this time!!)
In Sept 2013 I had a Major Break-inn and the Loss was R 100 000-00, ADT took 35 Min to respond the first time, the did not phone me or my wife on our cell phones as they " SUDDENLY DID NOT HAVE OUR NUMBERS? ", They also did not enter the premises as they claim they did not have my access code? This after 10 years of access on the same code (I am also still waiting for a report on this incident since Sept 2012, there are also never a Manager available when I phoned)

Again in Dec 2012 my alarm was triggered and I had to phone ADT at least 20 times before they responded to my house, Response Time 55 Min!
