ADT has lost the plot on customer service

On Friday the 14/06/2013 I called ADT with an urgent request as I was leaving on holiday and discovered that my builders had mistakenly snapped my door sensor cords. The lady at the call centre ROSE had booked for someone to come out the same day but never informed me that I will get a call from the person that will be coming out. I asked very kind if the person could come between 11:00am and 13:00pm as I was leaving on a holiday. I personally do not take calls from PRIVATE NO`S as it is always a sales call. Around 14:00pm I received 2 calls from Private which I did not take. When I called the call centre around 14:30 I spoke to Petronella who placed me on hold for long periods of time. Kuben was then on the line for what reason I could not explain. I was on the line with him for /- 18 minutes. I had to then tell him how long I was on the line with him and where is the customer service. He gave me excuses and even started to screaming at me, which I had to ask him to stop doing that. He did not even think of a solution. My husband asked if we could bypass the zone and then he said yes. The agreement was that he would send someone at 4 today. Herman called today to say it is to late
