Ive paid my ADT account up in full and want to cancel my services. Its been more then a month that I have not received any acknowledgement of my cancellation. Every time a contact the ADT the lady just says that she will do follow ups. Its been a whole month that I have calling her..faxing her..even watsapp-ing her to cancel my contract.
