Information given to sign contract untrue

I took out my alarm with Atlas end of Januray. There was another company who offered us a contract with unlimited call outs and free technical service. I was reassured it was the same with Atlas. I would not have signed for a poorer package!

Now that we need a technician, I must pay a call out fee. They say that my fiance should know this, as he worked for them for 2 weeks early 2011... As if he can remember the details of so long ago! The contract is in my name in any case and I assumed I would get the same service as every customer.

Obviously the sales consultant denies this, but why would I agree on a package that would end up costing me more???

The service is shocking. No one responds to cancellation emails, I get promised that someone will phone me back, no one ever does. And I must pay for this shocking service??? What a joke. I have been trying to cancel my contract for 3 weeks. Been phoning twice a day for the last week with no response.

I do not belive I need to pay cancellation fees, as false information was given to me to get me to sign on the dotted line... Why do I need to pay cancellation fees for the worst service imaginable in any case?
