NO RADIO BUT DEBITED FOR LICENCE FEE

My Alarms should have been linked up to ADT on the 25 Jan 2013 but they said to my house helper theirs a problem and the manger or the rep will phone me

No luck Never phoned. I then phoned (about 50 times)'' 'They will phone you back, Never Happened" I got hold of a guy by the name of; Marlon Markgraaff he replied once to an email and said he send it to the accounts department

Its now 21 May 2013 and no refund
Why should I pay for something They didn't do!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I want a refund!!!
