Adt don't respond to E-mails

I have sent Adt 2 e-mails, one on the 15 Jan at 8.07, the other on Feb 12 at 7.07. Neither have been responded to. One is actually very urgent. The e-mail address used is [Email Removed] or lack thereof. I think this is shocking. A company gives the appearance of working in the modern paperless society and is then clueless.
