ADT Billing for Services not requested

I joined our local community security orginazation, WelgemoedSafe, about 18 months ago. Since I joined them, I have been receiving accounts from ADT, claiming that I have an account with them (even though I already have security services through another company). No amount of explaining or complaining to either ADT or Welgemoed Safe has had any results. When I asked them for the copy of a contract, they sent me a copy of the form that I filled in for Welgemoed Safe (no metion of ADT on there!), with amounts that they filled in fraudently themselves. I have written to Mr Patrick Hall of ADT and Mrs Anita Vos of Welgemoed Safe on numerous occassions, and they repeatedly assured me that the problem would be dealt with. In October 2012, I resigned as member of Welgemoed Safe. Now, more than 15 months later, I still get written demands for payment from ADT, as well as telephone calls, the latest one this morning, demanding payment from them. I would advise anyone to stay away from these two orginazations at all costs.
