Shocking product quality

I'm one of the biggest KFC fans eating KFC up to 3 times weekly.

It was great news when I heard KFC Welgemoed will open just 300m from where I stay. Since opening Ive been there up to 6 times - each time after having my meal I said I won't go back. The freshness and quality is shocking and the chicken fillets on the Burgers constantly overcooked.

I still have my weekly KFC but now I have to drive 10km to the Durban street KFC for quality meals.

I've heard from other people that I'm not the only person feeling this way so I propose some strategic changes are put in place otherwise you'll run out of business. I'm sure the Turnover levels at this branch will be evidence of this complaint so do yourself a favour and address the shortcomings.
