What a bad service

Beginning of April I called Netstar notifying them that I want to cancel the contract with them. I was given the tell for a branch in Alberton where I should take my car to at the end of the month so they can take out their device, I was told its a walk in branch meaning I don't have to book an appointment. Today I go there a lady ask me what time is my appointment, I tell her there is no appointment, she tells me I am suppose to book an appointment, she was kind enough to check if I brought the R450 for taking out the device and if I knew it was going to take me 2hours or more for the removal of the device. I got a shock of a lifetime as I was never told about that fee and time frame, its not even in my contract. I am livit with anger that I wasted my time and petrol going there with no full information. Now I have to drive back home since I don't have the R450. unfortunately Netstar will have to collect their device at my house after this. If their call centre cannot do their job, then let them close call centre - I am so happy I am no longer going to do business with them. Very bad service.
