Incorrect Billing since 2010

In 2011 my husband went into arrears with his account, he signed an AOD to pay off the debt from June 2011-June 2012, he also signed a new debit order for the exisiting tracking units so the account could be current. We queried the account at the end of the AOD period and was advised that the account was still in arrears, we requested confirmation as to why the account was still not settled and was given no concrete answer, the person handlung the account left the company and i was handed to a Mr Donald Khutsoane at legals, i sent him no less than 5 emails before i even got a reply, he then mailed me the entire recon of my account, which was not in a proper date sequence format and was very hard to read, i mailed him requesting the recon in a date sequence, which i have yet to receive, on inspection of the recon i noticed that Ctrack was billing me for a vehicle which was sold in 2010 a BMW, i then mailed Liza de Kock, who also has since left, to assist me and she confirmed that they changed systems and noticed that the unit for the BMW was deregistered in 2010 and subsequently reactivated on the new system, she also confrmed i was billed for 9 units but i only have 7 units
