Poor response and follow up by Cartrack

My car was this Saturday. I had to call cartrack to let them know my car was after having to sit through the call centre and listen to some classical music in the background. They didn't call me to follow up or to let me know how the car search is progressing. When I joined tjem I was told that should my car be in s strange place they would call me, yet they failed to call me when my car was in Aldorado Park. Today I caland they tell me there is no signal on my vehicle. Yet on their webiste the claimto have an audited 95% recovery rate. I am really not impressed by the service and would seriously warn anyone who wants to join them.
