These people are the biggest scoundrels under the sun. They steal people's money and never solve any problems. We paid every month until we developed problems with the water meter that burst. We contacted them, asking them to fix it, but they never got back to us or even tried to help. We had to pay to get everything replaced ourselves. We even paid them money into their personal account, as they said it was necessary for them to sort all the problems. After we paid them, they ran away with the money and left us accountable for everything.

We had to arrange with the municipality to pay back everything. They came and shut down the power, and we had to move because there was no power. The agency and the owner never did anything and stole our money, promising the whole time that they would sort it out, as it was not our fault but their responsibility as stated in the contract. We also asked them numerous times to come and fix other problems, but they never did, and we had to fix everything ourselves.

We had been neglected and left in circumstances where we could barely make a living because they steal from you and run away with the money. After we moved, shockingly, we heard from them after years of no contact. They still keep us accountable for everything and want us to pay. We are not going to pay them a penny. We have them at our feet; we are busy with a lawyer, and I will personally make sure this company goes down and gets shut down for good because all they do is prey on everyone and steal, and this time they won't get away with it.
