Debit order without my consent

They did a debit order for three months. I joined that thing; they said they were going to give us a t-shirt as a promotion. We are not joining at the end of the month. I see the first 280 is gone. I can't even reverse it to my account. This is a real scam. Please indeed help; I'm not working.
