Refused to refund

I also bought a repossessed house from Leno De villiers in 2015. The house was in Delft. I saw an ad from gumtree advertiser was Nadjwa the agent. I signed a contract with Leno. Paid R55000 cash. I didn't get the papers for the house, so i demanded a refund. He blocked me and didn't answer my calls. I went to the police and Legal aid, but no luck. Please i really need my money back
