My life feel threatened by these people

PLEASE, when these people phone they said that I have 30 days, but before they knew everything, except for the invoice company name... They emailed me an invoice and said that I can give it back if I am not happy with it. My boss is not involved because the printer that I got the cartridge for belonged to me, and the company rent it from me, by buying paper and cartridges. A guy keep on phoning me threatening me, and when I told him to stop threatening me, I have a sister in law that is an advocate, he screamed at me said that I should stop threatening him and swears at me several times. He said I must pay for the cartridges because I didn't canceled in time, I didn't even know that there was a parcel for me, until 2 weeks after, no one knows who the parcel was from... So I feel obligated to pay for this now, and really dont have the money. I think now of opening a case at the police station for fraud and intimidation.. I am getting all these complaints printed and take this now to police. PLEASE HOPEFULLY YOU GUYS CAN READ THIS BEFORE YOU ARE SCAMMED!!
