Eviction during CORONAVIRUS

The building manager currently at Ithemba property; 308 fox street Maboneng Johannesburg. Today 7th April 2020 off my electricity and locked the door because of unpaid rent ..
First they brought a wrong bill of R9, 000
Instead of R6, 000 . They told me they will rectify it before the lockdown and till date they haven’t .. not until today 7th April 2020 the building manager (a woman) came and turned off the electricity as well livked my door .. so where am I to stay during this lockdown? The cops are not helping either ..
I told her to give me till 15th to pay. It she refused ..
