Phone number changed from prepaid to contract without my permission

On the 23/05/2016 i received an SMS from vodacom saying that they have a vodacom VIP promotion p. I was told to reply -'yes' to the SMS and I'd received pa 55randvairtime every month which I did. To my surprise, after replying to the SMS all of the phone calls I received were private, my talking points were gone, I can't transfer airtime... every time I try to transfer airtime I'm being told that my device is locked. I contacted vodacom but was told that I have a contract with rmcs which was shocking because I never signed any contract with these people!!! I don't have an account with any shop as well but I'm being told that I have a cellphone contract with rmcs. Vodacom gave me the rmcs number which I called, but all of my 5orands airtime was gone for nothing because when I called the 0875511011 number none of their consultants spoke to me!!! all I heard was just music in the background!!! I'm so angry, unhappy and stressed!! I'm unhappy with vodacom because they work with the rmcs which is a corrupt, fraudulent company!!! Im very angry with the rmcs for stealing my information and registering a contract without my knowledge and consent!! I'm unemployed for goodness sake!!! How am I supposed to pay for contracts? I'm taking legal action against rmcs for stealing my personal information!!! This is a rubbish company!!!
