Wrong info given for payment!!! 1

I was told that i can pay with Edgar's card for Justin Bieber tickets by a gentleman when i called the 086 customer services and when i got to the outlet i was told another thing!!! really should all the staff not be trained a told what are the procedures are??? so now i am the worst mom in the world because i cant buy the tickets because of wrong info given to me!!! as per the telephone message all calls are recorded so i want the person who told me that to know resolve the problem that he has caused!!!
