My friend and i went to computicket park station to collect tickets that had been previously bought online. when we got there we were told that we needed her ID as well as the card which she made the purchase with. all she had was the card as indicated on the slip that she had to print to take along.

we got to computicket to collect the tickets and the sales consultant made it clear that she needed her ID as well. when we showed her the receipt which does not say she needed an ID, she dismissed us as stupid, irrational and proceeded to call the next person without solving our problem. i don't feel that this is the way computicket trains their employees and i hope that this person gets informed of her bad attitude towards customers or gets trained on customer service.
