Full Installation charged R650 than R599 2km away

To whom it may concern:

I was charged R 51 extra for full installation of my dstv, dstv maybe fails advertising which I doubt or the agent is cheating people out of the hard earned.

I have a problem with the LNB of the dish, at 18:00 we lose the signal until the following day and I went to the agent today and I was told the guarantee for LNB is three months. Three Months for something that is outside and that is to last for years. I took my mothers to actual confirm its the problem and I was told they would replace it. I asked them where is the three months guarantee but there are no papers to say that.

I bought everything 19/01/2013.

I wonder why do you still accredit this agent if this is how your client are treated.
