Very disappointed!! Lost a customer for life

I lost my job and couldnt afford my DSTV subscription. We got cut off which I completely understand. I am now in a financial position to reconnect and called expecting to be charged a re-connection fee. I went through a 20 minute conversation on my cell phone to be told that we are in arrears R 131 and that we will be blacklisted if this is not settled?!?! This is the first I knew of this?? No one has bothered to get in touch with us to let us know that money was owed, but 7 months later after disconnecting, we are told this news?! This is shocking and unacceptable. I would have understood if you had let us know??? You have all our contact details and you still even send us the magazine but you cant inform us that we owe you money!! I feel very heavy hearted as I gave Lungile Tebogo a very hard time, when it was actually your company thats policies and procedures that have let me down?! I really wanted to become a customer again, but I cant justify that - and to add insult to injury threaten to blacklist me for an outstanding amount I never even knew existed???
