I work in Durban - I stay in Eshowe - I am only home on weekends and therefore manage my account by deactivating it whenever i am in durban. (Which is my perogative as i only need to pay for a service when i need it) However, arrive in Durban this morning and logon to selfservice, and now all of a sudden i am getting a message that This account type of customer is not allowed for disconnect products.??? Offcourse selfservice does not work. DSTV does not want to allow me to manage my service? Catch a wake up and fix it
