Dstv on Demand

I am sick and tired of having to reset my PVR regularly because the system freezes and after resetting, my XtraView doesn't work even after attempting to reset it! Why do I always have to phone the Call Centre when this should be an easy fix.
Also, I have noticed lately that certain programs on Mnet are not available on Dstv on Demand. I refer here to Shameless, The Americans in particular.
I have complained to the Call Centre about two weeks ago and I was told that they would reload the software. After that it seemed to work but not all the programs are downloaded!
I pay for a service and I expect nothing less than 100% at ALL times so fix your mess and give me a service that I deserve!
