Had to take my extra view decoder in, and the lady suggested that it was the card so she would cancel that card but instead cancelled my whole account and then had to phone in to restart the entire account and spent an hour on the phone only to still be in the line of callers. I don't know if they realize that the phone call is almost as much as a month cost of dstv and I still can't watch anything as it is not sorted. I don't know why it's always on people like me to fix your company, employ competent people.
