Reconnecting after swoping smartcard

I changed my smartcard after my TV was disconnected and sent the sms as instructed in the leaflet (to 32472) and waited, 5 hours later, i recieved a respone that the error code (E17) could not be cleared. I then called the call centre, waited for 18 minutes and spoke to Mduduzi who appeared to know it all. He assured me that the TV had been reconnected at the end of our converstaion. I was not home then so I took his word for it. When I got home, the TV was still on the E17. My heart ached and I wanted to yell at someone. I called again today and am told that all is OK. Again, I can only check when I get home. The long and teh short is that Mduduzi waited my time, he promissed that I was sorted. To add to the insult, I told him how to pronounce my surname and he kept misspronouncing it as Cindy (a girls name), he kept at it again and I again, and I kept quiete because I needed him to fix the problems that I was dealing with. Please ADDRESS the unprofessionalism, lack of respect and incompetence shown by Mduduzi.
