Wild Waters
BAD Approach and late response

We emailed Wild Waters fun park on [Email Removed] and received a message from a certain Monita concerning a quote ..because we were less then 50 people we could not get a discount quote never the less we went as the email stated they will be open. In the morning the weather was a bit chilly and in certain places it rained as well. The opening hours are from 10.00 to 17.00 . We arrived with the group and 10:20 am no one opened or said anything no message or notification was displayed stating they will not open. Besides myself several people had emailed and phoned before to check if the place will be opened and they confirmed that it would. after a half hour someone comes and stand behind the closed gate and screams that due to the weather they will not open. I had to approach the guy because from where he was standing we could not hear him clearly i now stated greeted him and said how this is not appropriate ..reason because you cannot scream behind a closed gate and not introduce yourself properly to the people standing and waiting patiently for the place to open. To me that is rude... we left to somewhere else and guess what the sun was shining after 1 hour.
