Joe saves my mom's 60'th birthday dinne

In the middle of the December holiday's we wanted to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday with a dinner at the Wild coast sun casino. I phoned around but no one took bookings on that day. So we had to go to the wild coast sun to see what is available. We arrived at the square's loft and at first was very rudely approached by an employee with a clip board who took my number in case a seat opens up but however they can't promise anything and I need to stand behind a certain line (very weird, as if I am going to run into the restaurant and chain myself to an open chair but anyway). So we walked around searching for another place with open seats and better service as we don't support places that give bad service anymore. We were contemplating where to go, until my dad said let's just see what is going on at the squires loft. And that is where we met Joe, the friendliest, go getter that I have ever encountered! He turned bad service received into excellent service, organized us nice seats, ensured that we were taken care off through the evening and just created a delighting experience! First impressions does not last if you have employed Joe, he is a living example of customer satisfaction!
