The Barnyard Theatre
WRONG BOOKING INFORMATION CAUSING INCONVENIENCE

My fiance's birthday was on Sunday 31/03/13, and we decided to invite our friend and family to watch the 80's show with us at The Barnyard Theatre (he has been wanting to go there for so long). As neither of us have been to the Barnyard before, we went to the Barnyard on Tuesday 26/03/13. Since we were quite a few people attending we asked the lady if we can please book/ reserve before hand, and be there earlier on Sunday for each couple to pay their part. She said no, we can not make such arrangements. On Sunday we all arrived early to book our tickets, just to find out that they won't be able to seat all our guests together, and that everyone would be scattered all over. The manager then told me I had to phone in, and reserve the seats before hand, and everyone could still pay their part on Sunday (which we wanted to do on Tuesday). On that short notice we had to change all our plans, and look for someone who could accommodate us with all our guest. This was a huge inconvenience as all our guests had their picnic baskets ready, and had to pay additional towards lunch. That was a HUGE disappointment for my fiance who was so excited about his birthday!!!
