MULTICHOICE CAN"T PROVIDE A SIMPLE LETTER

I've been on the phone the whole day trying to get a clearance letter. I've been told by ITC that i am listed as i owe multichoice which is not true.
I keep being told that the ITC/credit control department has issues and are in a meeting... THE WHOLE DAY.
sis man what rubbish.
what i need is simple - a letter showing that i don't owe you. it can't be that hard to do especially when your systems also show that i don't owe you...
