Multichoice
Is this a threat or what??

On the 21st March I went to a Multichoice branch in Mondeor to get an upgrade to a premium bouquet. The lady helping me told me to pay R655.00 of which I did. Yesterday, I got a message that I should pay R61 to avoid a reconnection fee, which means that if I do not pay this money i will be disconnected. I phoned your call center and spoke to a lady who told me that there were increases in the premiums, that was never communicated to me. Basically, I am now charged R655 plus R61 for April, which is R716. I need to know how doe s multichoice charge for their services, escpecially the pro-rated fees.
