Bad experience

On Saturday 16/3/2013 we decided to go the National Zoological Gardens South Africa. It was not a very pleasant experience. We took my husbands mentally handicapped uncle with as he is like a child and enjoys seeing animals. When we went to the cashier to pay we said 2 adults and one mentally handicapped. Now normally he gets a special price or even get charged as a child not in this case. The cashier did not even listen to us just charged him normal price. At Johannesburg Zoo they were so understanding and let him go in for free. Apart from that there were no maps available. You had to look on the signs that is damaged and you cannot see everything. Some of the cages of the animals did not have nice smells (mainly the monkeys). We did not see some of the animals as their cages is very steep and they were at the top (mainly the lions). This was not a very nice experience at all for us. I will rather go to Johannesburg Zoo next time then I know I won't be disappointed.
