Disgusting state of restrooms

On Sunday the 15th I took my son to watch a movie at Cavendish Square. Before the movie I went to the restroom. Much to my disgust, as well as a few other patrons, the state of the place was appalling. One stall couldn't lock, two others were flooded, one was stuffed with toilet paper, the floors were wet and there was a bad stench. This cinema is in an upmarket complex, and the for the movie price of R58 I'm sorry I expect much better! The actual mall's toilets are impeccably clean, surely Ster-Kinekor whose patrons are the only people who use their facilities can keep up the same standard?
