Misleading Advertising on Groupon

On the 31st Jan 2013, Groupon advertised a river cruise up the Umkomaas river "Live the dream with a river cruise and a glass of champagne for up to six people with Aliwal Shoal Adventures..." and it posted a picture of a stunning ferry cruise "liner" of sorts, on a river that was not the Umkomaas (the latter being admitted in an email response from Aliwal Shoal Adventures). I found the email address for Aliwal Shoal Adventures and asked them to send me a photo of the actual boat. The difference was chalk and cheese. I sent my complaint about misleading advertising to Groupon (after calling them and being advised to do so). I never heard back. Today, 4th Feb 2013, they are again advertising the same cruise, but with a slightly more appropriate boat. However, the boat pictured is still not the actual boat and still vastly different from the tiny, run down atual boat that the operators are using for this special. [I do not see a way to attach the images to the report]

This advertising is hugely misleading and the unsuspecting public are going to pay good money for what will be a very different experience to what they expect.
