I've had enough-paid and service suspended

It has been about one month that I have had a problem.my sevice is continuelly suspended, yet I'm full paid up.on numerous phone calls I've been promised that my account would be corrected and nothing has been done.proof of payment has been faxed and I have spoken to numerous people including the line manager, who have assured me that this would be corrected.they are aware that I'm not in areas, yet my service is often suspended.i then have to inconvenience myself in contacting top tv to reconnect my service and go through the whole irritating procedure again.ive had enough of there incompitance and lack of professionalism and no c ustermer service. Something needs to be done as I doubt I'm the only dissatisfied custermer.ive have never been in areas, always pay upfront and on time for my services.top tv need to pull up their socks and maybe they should train their staff to competent and do their job properly.ive had had enough.
